Bulgari launches luxury London hotel and residences

Bulgari: 125 Years of Italian Magnificence. Grand PalaisChristie's International Real Estate unveiled a new luxury branded property development this week called The Bulgari Residences, which is going to be built in London's exclusive Knightsbridge district.
The scheme is based around a hotel with 6 full-ownership apartments and a penthouse.

Giles Hannah, director of European sales for Christie's International Real Estate, told OPP this week that “with only six residences available in a phased release and one penthouse remaining, this is a truly rare proposition unlike any other in central London."

Only two other Bulgari hotels exist … one in Bali and one in Milan. “Both are distinguished by exquisite concierge service, unparalleled architectural and design achievements, and a heritage of understated elegance and excellence,” says Christie’s.

The London project will use architect Antonio Citterio, who also designed Bulgari's Bali and Milan hotels and be developed by Prime Development Ltd.

The new hotel and residences will be located close to London landmarks such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, the Royal Albert Hall, the Natural History Museum as well as Hyde Park.

"The Bulgari name stamps this opportunity to own in Knightsbridge with international provenance and a promise of excellence," adds Hannah. "The Christie's and Bulgari brands, two respected luxury imprimaturs are certain to resonate worldwide and further elevate the stature of this offering in London."
